Q. What is the turnaround time for standard seal replacements?

A. We attempt to do all repairs "same day", what this means for you is that you can have your kit back in as little as two to three days depending on your postie!

Q. How should I pack my kit up when I send it to you?

A. Easy, a jiffy bag or old wine boxes come in handy.

Q. How should I pay?

A. You can pay by cheque. The prices are on the website and cheques should be made payable to Rubberman. If you don't have a cheque then you can send cash and place it in a pocket!

Q. Do I need to include a note?

A. It is helpful if you include a short cover letter saying what you need doing and where you want the repair to be sent back to.
