Kayaking on the River Onde in the French alps, a fantastic alpine gem. August 2008. It was a pleasant suprise to have some rain so we went and did the upper Mawddach. Here is Michael paddling the first waterfall.

Rafting further down the Guil, through Gardian Angel and down past the shower curtain. A fantastic experience, well recommended. Is good fun for non-paddlers too!
